Delivery and Returns

We offer UK delivery only and aim to dispatch items, excluding trunks, within 1-2 business days via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked Service. All items undergo thorough inspection before dispatch and are packed with utmost care. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your item in full, provided it has not been used and is in its original condition - this includes the gift box. Please note that returns are at your own expense, and we recommend using a tracked service. We cannot be held accountable for any lost or damaged goods. Kindly ensure the item is carefully repackaged in the same manner as it was received to protect it.
