Delivery & Returns
We offer UK delivery only and aim to dispatch items within 1-2 business days via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked Service. Postage is complimentary on orders over £50. All items undergo thorough inspection before dispatch and are packed with utmost care. As the majority of these items are handmade or hand-painted, slight variations may occur.
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your trunk in full, provided all items have not been used and are in their original condition. Please be aware that returns are at your own expense, and we recommend using a tracked service. Please note we cannot be held accountable for any lost or damaged goods. Kindly ensure that the trunk is carefully repackaged in the same manner as it was received to protect it.
