Please email the name for the trunk to info@primrosetrunks.co.uk as soon as your purchase is complete. We aim to send your purchase as soon as possible, so please email Primrose Trunks with the name within the same day as your purchase or let us know if you do not wish to add one. We’ll acknowledge when your email has been safely received. Please always include your order number.

Delivery & Returns

Due to the item being personalised, please be aware your item will not be returnable. Only non personalised items are eligible for a return. 

We offer UK delivery only and postage is complimentary on orders over £50. All items undergo thorough inspection before dispatch and are packed with utmost care. As the majority of these items are handmade or hand-painted, slight variations may occur.

If you have requested for your trunk to be left plain, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your trunk in full, provided all items have not been used and are in their original condition. Please be aware that returns are at your own expense, and we recommend using a tracked service. Please note we cannot be held accountable for any lost or damaged goods. Kindly ensure that the trunk is carefully repackaged in the same manner as it was received to protect it.
